And if anyone or thing dares to interrupt him, well, well. “Let me tell you something, ass-eyes. Let me tell you all something. War has made me very paranoid.” That is what Major Payne will say. They better be ready to face the iron fist of cunning words slicing them into halves.

But that is just his style of showing them that he cares. And more than that, he thinks of them as a family. “My name is Major Benson Winifred Payne! As of 0800, I am replacing Major Frankfurt as your commanding officer!” That is what Major Payne will say.
6. “Be advised, ladies. We are going to win the Virginia Military Games this year! You will note my emphasis on the word WIN: Whisky! India! November! Get used to the sound of that word!” –Major Payne
Well, he can be a sweet charmer to the ladies. “Major Payne wiped out the enemy with extreme prejudice!” That is what Cadet Kevin Dunn will say. Only an apt leader can do such a thing all the time. After all, it has to tire at some point of the day.
7. “I tell you, ladies, you’re the prettiest cadets under my command. I ought to change my name to P*mp Daddy Payne.” –Major Payne
As we said, this man got many folds to him. And this, yet again one such feature about him. Now we chose not to ignore it and put it on the list. After all, that is how we see all sides of him, right!
8. “Fighting is no longer being done out on the battlefields. Now, all the blood is shed in the halls of Congress, boys like us are becoming dinosaurs.” –Major Payne
And it goes without saying how cruel he can sometimes be with his words. Well, they hurt at times. And if you are too sensitive, you must stay away from him. “Break it on down! Break it on down!” That is what Cadet Williams will say. Because he is a fireball.
9. “General, are you telling me that nowhere in the military is there any longer a job for trained human weapons of destruction such as myself?” –Major Payne
It would help if you let that guilt go, Kakashi. This wind hole wasn’t your doing… It was made by this evil, cruel world. This guy is a person we can see various dimensions to. And you will be surprised as to what you may find. It is like peeling an onion. What about family, unity, and all that other bullshit you said?” That is what Cadet Alex Stone will say. The more you open, the deeper it gets. Or was it the rabbit hole!
10. “What the hell was that you little f*eckle face cartoon? Did I permit you to sneeze, Opie?” –Major Payne
Yeah, like we were saying. This is a rigorous person. Sometimes, you may feel that this guy can run a concentration camp of the Nazis. “This is unsatisfactory. I demand the entire Madison Squad be disqualified from the final competition.” That is what Colonel Stone will say. After all, for him, you have to take permission even before sneezing.
11. “You’re still a sh*t sandwich. You’re just not a soggy one. From this moment, you are no longer t*rds. You have graduated to magg*ts!” –Major Payne
But do not confuse his caring nature with his attribute. Oh boy, this is so not the face he puts to display. We see him as someone who does not hold back his insults. “Major Payne just terminated that bad man with extreme prejudice!” That is what Cadet Kevin Dunn will say. And sometimes, it can get intense too.
12. “Nobody’s leaving here until you turds get this course down to 80 seconds.” –Major Payne
And did we forget to mention how strict our man is! Well, if we did not tell then, we are speaking now. “That’s not enough. Look at them; these animals are so pathetic that even their commander didn’t show up.” That is what the Lieutenant will say. You can take a good guess from this quote itself about how it goes for him.
13. “I never said the family doesn’t break up. Don’t you watch Oprah? Did I permit you to sneeze, Opie? You suck it in, you big earned turd, or I’ll kick your ass back to Maybury!” -Major Payne
As we said, give him some time, and you will see his different sides. And there we are. Here you see him talking about a family he cares about. “He’s a little upset about this morning. He had a little accident.” That is what Emily Walburn will say. Now we all know how important a family can be to a person.

And there we go again. The man that shows no mercy nor concern for anyone. The only thing we see him caring about is getting his own assigned work done. “That’s a very cynical plan.” That is what Emily Walburn will say. And nothing can come in the way of him.
15. “Oh, that’s my little incentive program. These boys have to earn their do—their hair-do that is.” –Major Payne
See, this is the pride we talk about. He is like that typical dad who is all hard face in front. Will show no sign of emotion on their face. “Major Payne, can you help me understand why you shaved the children bald?” That is what Emily Walburn will say. But the sooner you look deeper, and you know what you will find?
16. “A squad that lives together wins together! Unity, turds—that is the key word in ‘UNIT,’ without the ‘Y!'” –Major Payne
But being said, it is also seen how much he pays attention to the team’s unity. To him, the priority is the well-being of the team. “You’re in charge of the green boys.” That is what Dr. Phillips will say. Now we may see him going hard on his juniors and teammates.

And nothing is better than a man who knows that goes on behind his back. He is fully aware of how others see him. It might feel like he takes pride in knowing how he gets presented by others. But do not mistake him for a soft. Oh, because he is anything but peaceful on his fresh ones. It is not surprising to see his young ones being afraid of him. T have a trainer like him a thing of uniqueness in itself. There will be ups and downs. Well, more downs than ups, but one thing is for sure. It is that man knows how to take care.
19. “I have eight weeks to turn you gaggling maggots into a well-disciplined unit. From this day forward, your sorry asses belong to me!” –Major Payne
Ah, see, this is what we are talking about. He knows a few things or more about human nature and others. We all want to be in a comfortable spot. But it does not leave a good impact on us. It makes s go soft and lazy. This guy of ours does not embrace it. And it gets pretty evident from the quotes he uses to train the rest.
20. “Aw, phooey! Don’t you ever read stories about little people who do big things? Little Red Riding Hood! The Three Little Pigs! Spike Lee! The Little Rascals! How about the Little Engine That Could!” –Major Payne
But you know something else, even though you will always find him doing the rough talk? It is that you will also find him talking about making things happen. And about not giving up on our goals and targets. “Come on, guys. Relax, it’s just a dummy grenade.” That is what Cadet Alex Stone will say.

Ah, and did we mention he has a certain degree of aggression. Well, if you are not a fan of anger and aggressiveness, this guy will be hard to like for you. But we can surely tell you this.
