No one is completely white or black. The thoughts in my mind are always a fusion of good and bad. So it is the combination of white and black which gives the output grey.

Sleep is a state of rest. There are two things to be noted here. If a person is having a workload or some sort of anxiety or anguish and fear, the mind cannot rest. It continuously thinks about the things that are bothering it. If a person is waiting for something important to happen or anticipating a close person to be met, then also the mind will not rest. The last one is the mind being too free. Nothing to do and being idle. In this state also, the mind is entirely open. The mind thinks of all the nonsense that makes no point.

It is the sad truth of the present scenario. Right from toddlers to senior citizens, everyone is carrying a smartphone with a camera. On top of that, every nook and corner has got cameras. Not a day passes by seeing some unusual, strange, and illegal things happening and, with a caption, caught on camera. But unfortunately, despite knowing that they can be seen on camera, from misbehavior to robbery, nothing has stopped. Rather the number got increased too. This also led to new ideas of covering the face or using some other techniques.
4. “All motivation is defined by intention. If the intention is to hurt, divide, or belittle, it’s wrong; if it’s an attempt to cope with or make sense of tragedy, it’s something different. The motto, motive, and purpose of entertainment have changed a lot. Previously entertainment was limited to only a few art forms. In this era of social media, there are several. So it is highly important to be cautious that no one’s feelings are hurt, or nobody is insulted in any way. Art forms are always used to depict social issues and the scenario of life. Sometimes even if the motive is good, the presentation might not be appealing way. The way of expression is to be taken care of. Spreading some positivity is a better option.
5. “I had done some formal acting training because I sucked at acting when I first got to Los Angeles. I’m still one of the worst actors and auditions out there.” – Eric Samuel Andre
It is very humble of a person who attained celebrity status and accepted that one does not know a part of his field. This means no one has mastered everything. Everybody has some strengths and weaknesses. It is important to recognize the talent and make it as strength. That would surely make you do wonders. Even if you understand that you are not fit for one work, try to know which is better for you. There is no person without any skill or talent. The only thing is to observe oneself know better. Because taking out the hidden talent takes a lot of time and observation. But the output is always fruitful.
6. “You see a lot of sketch variety shows where each segment is one joke that they repeat over and over and over again, and the sketches are always three or four minutes too long.” – Eric Samuel Andre
Doing comedy is not as simple as it looks. Chit-chat in a funny way with friends is different, and talking in front of people in such a way as to make them laugh is different. The former is casual. It does not need any preparation or consideration for anything or anybody. But the latter needs practice and talent. It also must have many sensitive aspects to be considered. It must not take the audience into boredom, for which it needs a lot of groundwork.
7. “I don’t really know how music and comedy are similar. I try never to dissect it theoretically or academically. ” – Eric Samuel Andre
Music can be apt for any sort of emotion. It can give solace to the worried soul. And it can lift up the spirits. In fact, there is music therapy, too, to recover some kinds of patients. Similarly, comedy can give you refreshments. It is a stress buster in these days of a busy life. This, too, can act as a medicine. That is the reason the laughing clubs started. Laugh out loud no matter what it is. It is good to have a taste in music and a sense of humor. This helps us to recharge and restore ourselves.
8. “I think everyone is bi, right? There’s no such thing as sexual orientation, race, or gender. Those are all obsolete man-made concepts.” – Eric Samuel Andre
Even though a bold statement, it is a fact. In the early days, one needs a friend or friends to share, talk or hang out with. This has nothing to do with gender. Similarly, after some time, one needs another companion to be with. That might be for some time or the rest of my life. Here comes the judgment. Gender, race, and everything are mattered. But by the third person. Be it parents or relatives or so-called well-wishers. If the two individuals who are ready to live together are fine, what is bothering others? Everybody has their own set of rules and regulations. All the rules are man-made. If the technology is updating, why not the humans who made it?
9. “I think we give human beings too much credit. We’re primates, you know.” – Eric Samuel Andre
It is true that man is a social animal. But please note that it is a social animal. There are some unwritten rules. For instance, no animal wears clothes. But if it comes to humans, it is not acceptable. Also, even though animals and humans commonly have emotions, humans have logical, rational, and lateral thinking power too. We cannot underestimate all the progression, development, and inventions from the stone age talk now. But the sad part is that most of the development is being misused.
10. “I’m not a very good actor, so I break character all the time.” – Eric Samuel Andre
Acting is a skill. If it is before the camera, it is talent. But the truth is that most of us in real life activities in many ways. Pretending to smile even if sad, acting to be a sincere person, even being a traitor, acting to be a fool even though over smart like this, the list goes on. The latter part is that this act needs to deal with people and their feelings. It might sometimes cause irreversible damage too. So acting as per the situation is fine but being too self-centered is not advisable.
11. “I don’t think comedians take advantage of the fact that television and film are visual mediums.” – Eric Samuel Andre
Visual media is increasing day by day in this generation of the internet. Apart from movies, and TV shows, OTT platforms are also growing up day-by-day. This is, in fact, a good sign. This can create more space and opportunities for many people. In the above context, as said, even comedians can be benefited from this. The thing lies in the way of using the media. Whether for a constructive purpose or being exploited.
12. “I was a class clown since second grade.” – Eric Samuel Andre
Let us all think of that person who made us laugh even in the worst situations in childhood. A joke or a lighter note, even when tears are rolling and facing some punishment. And a clown does not only mean a laughing stock. To laugh is a boon. And to make others laugh is a gift that we give them. To laugh even at harder times is to be stable.
